Each product is specially made just for you once the order is placed. As a startup we follow a strict cancellation and refund policy to minimize losses, protect our designers, and ensure a smooth experience for our customers. Under this policy:
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the production process is initiated, and no cancellations will be entertained. Therefore, orders cannot be modified, changed, or cancelled after the 24-hour window.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions and must be initiated within 7 days of placing the order:
- The wrong product was delivered (wrong size, colour, or design).
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
In such cases, customers are required to share clear photographs or videos showing the issue with the product. After internal verification and confirmation, we will approve the return. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Minor size or colour variations due to screen and lighting differences.
- Change of mind or ordering the wrong size without reading the size chart.
- Personalized or customized products unless the fault is from our end.
- Returns are only accepted within the 7 days from the date of ordering.
- After 7 days from the order date, no returns will be accepted an no refunds will be initiated under any circumstances.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to be eligible for returns.
Refund Policy
As a bootstrap startup, we do not process direct refunds to bank accounts or payment methods. Instead, once a return is approved and the product is received back, we will process the refund amount in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our platform only. Please note:
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit issued unless the return is due to a mistake from our side (wrong or damaged product).
- In case of wrong or defective product shipments, customers will receive the full amount as store credit without any deductions.
Refund Timeframe
Once the returned product is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation message via SMS or email once the refund is processed.

VYBE GEAR PRIVATE LIMITED holds the right to refuse a return or refund if the item appears to be used, washed, damaged due to customer mishandling, or returned after the 7-day period.
