    2. Designs uploaded by designers may undergo automated or manual review for:

    • VYBE GEAR reserves the right to remove, reject, suspend, restrict, demonetize, or permanently delete any content or designer account without prior notice if deemed necessary.     2. Banking and payout details shared by designers are used solely for payment processing, tax compliance, fraud monitoring, and financial record maintenance. VYBE GEAR shall not be responsible for payout failures caused by incorrect banking details provided by designers.
